Een rijdag in de Muğla-vakantie

The holiday in Muğla is full of boats, beaches and ancient cities. On the third and fourth days, people are a bit tired. Spending a day on a horse is a good addition to the list. Caunos Horses is on the Çandır side of the Dalyan canal. If you come from Fethiye or Marmaris, the journey is a bit long; but you can still fit it in for the day, as long as you don’t add İztuzu, Kaunos and a three-hour combined tour to the same day.

Voor een korte vakantie is een spa of een boerderij voldoende, voor een halve dag is een meer voldoende. Wij raden u aan de paard voor de laatste dag te laten; als het weer slecht wordt, hebben u geen plaats meer om hem te parkeren. Het is leuk om een paard te hebben. Als de kinderen moe zijn van het zwembad, is een korte boerderijrit de zachtste optie op de lijst. Als de volwassenen zeggen dat ze "natuur willen", is een meer de beste optie.

The taste of that day is often like this: breakfast, a bit of road or canal, approaching the horse, then either a carriage or a cart. On the way back, a shower, maybe a short nap. At dinner that evening, it is different from the day on the boat, the day on the beach. Darkness, silence, a bit of exertion. On the third day, people sometimes look for that, without realizing it.

If you stay in Dalyan, een korte tocht naar het kanaal is voldoende. Degen, Ortaca en Dalaman liggen op korte afstand van elkaar. On de lijst van activiteiten in Dalyan staat ook het at zetten op de proef. Je kunt het at in een boot of op het strand laten strijden, maar je kunt het ook naast jezelf zetten.
