Things to do in Dalyan

In Dalyan, the days are filled with water, history, and the beach. The land side of the list is a tour of the canals. You can cross the canal and descend to Çandır. You don’t have to fit everything into the same morning; when you spread it out over three days, each part is remembered more. The “To Do” lists sometimes look like a race. But to us, this isn’t a race.

Boat, rock tombs, Kaunos. İztuzu. Sultaniye or mud. Breakfast in Çandır – near Mavi Yasemin, then horseback riding. Lake, spa or manzara. If the kids are tired of the pool, a short farm ride. They say sometimes to leave the work for the last day; if the weather is bad, you can postpone it. It’s also nice to finish it. Luggage on the first day, farewell on the last — leave it for later.
